Preserving Coral Reefs: A Battle Against Pollution and Bleaching
The process of writing the article was a valuable learning experience. As we reflected on our time in the Maldives, we realized how important it was to not only share what we had done, but to truly understand the larger issues we were addressing, such as coral bleaching and ocean pollution. Through extensive research, we deepened our knowledge of the scientific causes and consequences of these problems, going far beyond what we initially knew. We learned how interconnected marine ecosystems are with human actions and how urgent the fight against environmental damage truly is. Writing the article pushed us to think critically about our impact and taught us how to communicate an important message effectively. Ultimately, it helped us appreciate even more the significance of taking part in an initiative that works towards protecting our oceans
